Keto Lettuce Wraps

Make the most of your lunch or snack with this delicious and nutritious keto wrap recipe. From the crunchy romaine to the savory meat, this wrap is sure to tantalize your taste buds and keep you energized. I love whipping these up for a grab and go lunch during the week!

I’m obsessed with sandwiches, but am quite picky when it comes to bread! When I eat bread I prefer it very fresh and from this precious French Bakery that’s close by. These wrap combinations are inspired by three of my favorite sandwiches. These are fun to make, delicious, and are a perfect lunch option!

Spicy Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 pieces fresh, crisp romaine (I usually overlap two pieces)
  • 1 – 2 thinly sliced Ham
  • 2-3 thinly slice of Hard Salami
  • 2 thinly sliced Pepperoni
  • Several slices of Hot Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Mini Mozzerella Balls
  • Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • Sprinkle of Italian Seasoning and Black Pepper
  • Drizzle Olive Oil

California Club

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 pieces fresh, crisp romaine
  • Thinly sliced Dill Havarti (HEB Deli has this!)
  • 1 – 2 slices of thinly sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 2 slices of Avocado
  • Handful of Crispy Chopped Bacon (Love making a double batch of oven baked bacon on the weekends. The extra is perfect to chop up for wraps or as a salad topper!)
  • Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • Drizzle of Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

Turkey and Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 pieces fresh, crisp romaine
  • 1 – 2 slices of thinly sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 1 – 2 slices of thinly sliced brie
  • 3 – 4 slices of thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon on Apricot Jam (HEB Organics is a great option)

Tips

When you are able to please get your meat from the deli, thinly sliced, I usually go with a 1 or less! You may have noticed above that I prefer almost everything thinly sliced. When layering deli meats, I’ve found that the thinner sliced the better. You can always add more of something to your liking when you’re feeling it, which I love!

BRIE…I love brie, a lot! You can find it simple standard varieties at any grocery store, but if you want to be a bit boujee search for French Petite Brie. It will literally take the Turkey and Brie wrap to the next level!

If you are prepping for weekly lunches, prep all of your veggies, meats, cheeses, toppings before you begin. Lay everything out on a cutting board, grab your storage containers and go! My girls love helping make these and each one has their own favorite combo. Have fun with these!
